I'm Tiffany, and I've made it my life's work to help people like you find flow through creativity, mindful nourishment and joyful movement.
As a certified art therapist, holistic nutrition practitioner and yoga teacher, I bring a unique trifecta of expertise to our work together. But what really shapes my approach? The messy, beautiful reality of everyday life …raising teenage boys (survival expert status unlocked), loving my four crazy dogs, and keeping the spark alive in my marriage after all these years.
My journey to this work wasn't straight or simple. For years, I built custom homes, creating physical spaces where families could thrive. But over time, I became more fascinated with how we build our inner worlds. When life threw its inevitable curveballs, I discovered that the combination of creative expression, intentional nourishment and mindful movement could transform struggle into strength.
